A new student is more likely to be deviant if they are enrolled junior year because of The Control Theory, socialization, and conformity. For a new student the Control Theory can affect them in the way they act and can show how they will be more likely deviant. The fact that Max was new to this school and figured that they would only be at the school for a short time they decided to be deviant. By being rude to the teachers and other students getting into fights and becoming suspended and were surprised to find out that they were staying at the school after all. By being unwilling to socialize or join group activities caused Max to be willing to act up and be more rude then if he got to know the people in the school better.

I was fundamentally different from my peers. I did not have computer access readily available at my home. The other students all grew up with computers, and used them as if they were second-nature. It was then that my teacher noticed how confused I was, blankly staring at the computer screen. Building the computer was really easy, but I had to research for months to decide the parts I wanted. It taught me how to research; how to collect a vast amount of knowledge on a topic and use it to solve a problem.

My friend don't understand me, they don't understand why I act out like that, they don't even tried to understand it. Once I think why I have no friends, I find out, I have to change and improve myself. Before, I wandering for friends, but after I change myself, I become an insider.
It was the first day of school, at my new school, Belzer Middle School. We had just gotten on the bus, and one of my friends mentioned volleyball tryouts. So I started to talk to them and ask questions about the time and place.
